Example of a Typical Day

Visit Includes:

Professional Lacrosse Players providing full day lacrosse experience. Every visit we will speak to the origins of lacrosse and the strong indigenous roots in the “medicine game”. We will speak to the importance of sport and the different experiences and opportunities we have had because of the sport of lacrosse.

Sample Schedule:

  • 9:00 – 9:50 – Class 1
  • 9:50 – 10:40 – Class 2
  • 10:40 – 11:20 – Break
  • 11:20 – 12:10 – Class 3
  • 12:10 – 1:00 – Class 4
  • 1:00 – 1:40 – Break
  • 1:40 – 2:30 – Class 5
  • 2:30 – 3:20 – Class 6

  • School Workshop Highlights

    • Origins of Lacrosse/History of the Game and Indigenous Roots (recognizing Indigenous cultural roots in the game)

Pricing

Full Day Instruction is $600 + HST

Half Day Instruction is $400 + HST

Additional Fees apply when instructor has to travel over 100km or for groups larger than 30 students per session.
